The Collection includes 14 sections and 621 recipes, featuring both traditional Ukrainian dishes and popular meals from international cuisines, including items from school menus in European countries. Each recipe provides information on the dish’s origin, ingredients, preparation method, and potential allergens.

The Collection Goal
To diversify school menus and prove that healthy food can be both delicious and enjoyable.
The collection includes not just step-by-step recipes but also professionally designed food preparation guidelines, simplifying the work of school chefs.
All recipes are adapted for use with various types of equipment — both modern and older models, the replacement of which is part of the ongoing reform.
In addition, each dish is accompanied by examples of presentation and plating, which also makes life easier for cooks who serve hundreds of portions in a single meal.

Collection Highlights
Special attention is given to 80 recipes adapted for children with specific dietary needs - these recipes are free from lactose and gluten.
All recipes comply with the requirements of Resolution No. 305 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 24, 2021, regarding the standards and procedures for organizing meals in educational institutions. The documented recipes and technological cards ensure a standardized approach to preparation, contributing to consistently high-quality dishes.
