This Policy describes how the CultFood project website collects, uses, and discloses information, as well as the options available to visitors of https://cultfood.info regarding such information.
The Policy encompasses the services offered by the CultFood project website, including but not limited to (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Website"):
This Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation as well as the provisions of European directives and regulations concerning the protection of personal data, as the services of the CultFood project website (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") are publicly accessible to both Ukrainian citizens and citizens of the European Union.
This Policy has been designed to be accessible, comprehensible, and transparent. To ensure clarity, it has been divided into the following sections, and defined terms are introduced in capital letters.
This Policy applies to visitors of the Website, who may access and review information available on the Website, register on the Website using social media, and share content from the Website on social networks, thereby granting the Company access to their IP address.
It should be noted that Website services may occasionally direct visitors to services of third-party companies, such as Facebook and Twitter "like" and "share" functionalities, which may collect anonymized data (hereinafter referred to as "Third Parties"). These Third Parties have their own privacy and personal data protection policies. Therefore, visitors should be aware that any information shared with such Third Parties is governed by their respective policies.
