The project was implemented with the support of the Civil Society Home by ISAR Ednannia, which operates within the project “Strong Civil Society of Ukraine: a Driver of Reforms and Democracy”, funded by Norway and Sweden.
Project Goal
To assess the current level of organizational development of NGO “CULT FOOD”, identify the organization’s further needs on this basis, and develop a development plan to improve the effectiveness of its activities and strengthen its capacity at different levels.
Within the project, an external assessment of the organizational development level of NGO “CULT FOOD” was conducted. Based on the assessment results, an analytical report with recommendations for the organization’s further development was prepared.
An organizational development plan for 2026–2027 was also developed and agreed with the team.
