Project Goal

To provide the Exemplary Vocational Education Institution with equipment, kitchen utensils and food products for training purposes and practical training of students.

Within the project, charitable support was provided to strengthen the material and technical base of the Exemplary Vocational Education Institution. The support covered the procurement of kitchen tools, tableware, baking moulds, food storage containers, textiles and other equipment necessary for organizing practical training.

115 items of equipment and materials for training purposes were purchased, with a total quantity of 537 units, including individual items and sets.

The purchased items included kitchen tools and utensils, knives, honing rods, kitchen scissors, garlic presses, whisks, tongs, spatulas, ladles, skimmers, graters, sieves, colanders, brushes, baking mats, baking moulds, cutting boards, cookware and serving dishes, frying pans, pots, saucepans, gastronorm containers, food storage containers, cups, saucers, dessert bowls, wine glasses, drinking glasses, tablespoons, dessert spoons, teaspoons and bar spoons, trays, coffee pots, milk jugs, cezves, shakers, corkscrews, strainers, measuring scoops and other materials necessary for practical training.

The project strengthened the material base of the Exemplary Vocational Education Institution and created additional conditions for high-quality practical training of culinary students.
